Spanish Fork

Home base since 1982 and the shortest drive we make. We cover everything from the older homes near Main Street to the newer subdivisions out on the east bench.

Provo

Provo runs from mid-century homes in the Joaquin and Maeser neighborhoods to newer builds in the Riverbottoms, plus a large rental market near BYU. Many older Provo homes still cool with an evaporative cooler or have ductwork older than their air conditioner. We service both and convert swamp cooler homes to central air.

Orem

Much of Orem went up between the 1950s and 1980s, so we see a lot of first-generation central air reaching the end of its life, alongside homes still running a swamp cooler. We repair evaporative coolers and install the central systems that replace them.

Lehi

Some of the newest housing in the county. A large share of homes built during the 2014 to 2018 boom are now old enough that builder-grade condensers are starting to fail, often across a whole street in the same summer.

Springville

Springville splits between an older core near Main Street and newer subdivisions on the east side, so we work on everything from decades-old equipment to systems still under warranty.

Payson

What Makes Utah County HVAC Different

Utah County sits between roughly 4,500 and 5,000 feet, and that changes how cooling equipment behaves here. Thinner air, single-digit summer humidity and a 30-plus degree swing between afternoon high and overnight low all mean a system sized by a national rule of thumb often underperforms in this valley.

Why elevation matters for air conditioner sizing

Air is less dense at 4,500 feet, so a condenser rejects less heat than the same nominal unit would at sea level. A three-ton system in Spanish Fork does not deliver three tons of sea-level performance. Sizing that ignores elevation is the most common reason a new system never quite keeps up.

Utah summer humidity often sits in the single digits. Almost none of your system capacity goes to removing moisture, so nearly all of it goes into dropping temperature.
